I have to say Mr. WEWERS is an excellent family attorney. He was very efficient and on piont with all our needs and navigating the family courts…and always available to help with any questions. If you are not sure if you need a family law….YOU DO! And I will recommend Mr. WEWERS every time.

I was needing an attorney for a family law matter and Mr. Wewers was recommended by a friend. And I am so happy I called him and he took my case. It was extremely stressful but Mr. Wewers was always there to provide me the information I needed, looked after my rights and gave me very sound advice. He stuck with me through a multitude of changes and helped me to understand everything that was going on and explained everything to me fully. I truly appreciate all he did for me and cannot recommend him enough as a true advocate for someone going through a legal issue who needs someone that is in their corner and will not hesitate to fight for you.

To put it succinctly, Mark is an outstanding attorney. Hiring Mark was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Mark understands that divorce is not a casual, friendly affair. I had consulted with Mark a few years previously but was unable to retain him due to the county my first law suit took place in. When I was sued (yet again) a few years later, even after speaking with 10+ attorneys, Mark was the only one that stood out in my mind above the rest. While Mark is more expensive than some, listen to me when I tell you he was worth every penny. I was living across the country during this very stressful time, but could rest easy knowing my case was in his hands. He is just the aggressive, no-nonsense type of attorney I needed to represent me and my child. If I still lived in TX I would refer him to anybody and everybody. Since I am not though, I hope people can read this review and trust that they are making the right decision by retaining him.

Mark was referred to me and I am so thankful. My ex and I had a good idea of how we wanted to split things going into the divorce, but Mark was instrumental in helping me understand the loopholes and simple things that make a large impact down the road. He was very thorough. I have and would highly recommend him.

With minor. children in the home, one of my main concerns was protection for them, in all areas, from visitation to financial. I hired Mark after my old lawyer dropped the ball. Mark was having to begin my case already in a hole. His knowledge prevailed and my outcome was exactly what I wanted. Mark was instrumental in my life going through my divorce. I first met Mark when I moved to Texas and wanted to ratify my divorce decree under my new state’s law. He gave me excellent advice–some of which still sticks with me–and represented me professionally in court. He clearly had my best interests in mind. Several years later when another issue around the decree came up, I didn’t hesitate to hire Mark. And as always–he gave sound advice, followed through and represented me very well during a very drawn-out, contentious case. He knows his trade extremely well, is thorough and compassionate. Mark was very attentive and professional during my family court case. He did the best he could to achieve the terms of our settlement given some pretty discouraging situations. I would use him again, but I hope to never have to.

Mark got me through a very difficult divorce with good advice, solid understanding of the law and my personal issues. I would, and have recommended Mr. Wewers to multiple friends and they have all had the same response as I did. Easy to work with, compassionate, but with firm advice as needed, and good strategies for getting through. Divorce is not easy on anyone, and I personally had a protracted, very difficult case. It is not likely that I would find the need use him again anytime soon…..But if the need were to ever arise it would probably for a pre-nuptial agreement instead.

I like the fact that he does all the work himself…never had to deal with a paralegal or an assistant.
